Rules and Terms on being a Pro Gamer Trainer

So you want to be a Gamer tutor eh!

This is a totally unique idea that no one has done at this degree. You have to take this really seriously as real money is involved. You are a Gamer tutor, just like other people pay for a Piano lesson. This is a totally new market and people who are serious about gaming will pay for your services.

Application form process

When filling in the application, you will be asked your skill level. These answers are defined as:

• Elite Gamer
  You play for fun and play for free. You are a very good gamer that wants to share your skills to the world.
• Semi-Pro Gamer
  This is your part-time profession, you have a full-time job which is nothing to do with gaming tournaments. You still apply to be in paid tournaments or being trained by a certified Games expert. You maybe sponsored through your clan or group.
• Pro Gamer
  This is your full-time profession, you get paid in tournaments by your sponsor, clan or group (or you used to be in paid tournaments on major circuits). You are sponsored by companies directly or non-direct through your clan or group.
• Premium Pro Gamer
  You are a Pro Gamer with extra edge, you have won big tournaments and can claim to be in the top # in the world. You could also be from a very popular and professional clan or group.
• World Class Pro Gamer
  If you are very popular in gaming circuits, on TV and is in the press. People worship your name and always use your name as one of the best Pro Gamers.

It you put the wrong information regarding your skill level, and a customer complains. You will be removed from the site for false information.

Whats the catch?

The only catch is that ProGamerTraining.com take a commission per hour. We take 15% commission of every hour paid by the customer.

How much do you get paid?

Its totally upto you, you can charge $5 per hour or $50 per hour. Its a competitive market, so you will need to sell yourself. Obviously if you are a world class Pro Gamer, you will be able to charge whatever you like. People will pay good money for good training.

How do PGT pay you?

We pay direct to your Paypal account, on which you will need to become a Gamer tutor. Our commission will cover fees from the customer to us. Paypal fees from PGT to you will be paid by what you have earned.

How does the payment work?

The customer reads your advert, if they want to book time. They will pay PGT to hold the money. Once the training is complete and the customer is happy. You will get your money within 48 hours if not sooner. We hold the money to stop scammers from taking money and running.

How is the customer protected?

If the customer complains about lack of skills and knowledge, they will get a 100% refund. If they request a refund for you not showing up for the tutoring you will get a 'strike' on your account.

3 Strikes and your out, what does this mean?

If you are unprofessional, ill mannered, rude, noob, and not skillful and if the customer complains, you will get a 'strike'. 3 strikes will get you a ban from the site.

What happens if the customer is too demanding?

If the customer has as history of being too demanding, they will be refused service. This is to protect the tutors, however you have to be on your toes to impress customers.

After the training then what?

The customer will be asked to rate you as a tutor, this will show up on your advert. They will also be able to comment. If a comment is rude, you can request to remove it from the site.

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to be on time, professional and give the customer what they have paid for. Nothing is for free, and you have to earn your service.

What do you expect from us?

We are here to promote you and get you work. We will pay you as soon as the customer is happy with your service. If you need support we will give it to you.

DONT'S

Do not put any contact information on any of the adverts. If you put in any contact details such as email, phone numbers, server names, character names or game id. Your advert wont be authorised. If you try and get around us, you will get a ban from the site.

NO images are allowed on the post.

Promote yourself well

The system is built so that search engines will read the site. The more information you put into an advert, the chances of being picked up on Google for keywords like 'Gamer tutor for Ken Street Fighter 4'. Which gets you more sales.

Lets work together and earn money from something you love.

Under 13's

You will not be allowed to tutor online as its against the law.

Under 16's

You will be able to tutor online if you have full parental consent. I would advise not to do the home tutoring without a member of your family or guardian present. This is for your own safety.

Can anyone be a tutor?

No, if the application form seems suspicious or doesn't seem professional. We reserve the right to deny the advert.

Who pays your tax?

Simple answer "You do", if you choose to declare to or not to its your problem. We pay tax on any earnings on the site.
